Bio: Ryziel or Ziel for short would appear as an ordinary child (if you somehow don't catch his more beastly features) naturally he is anything but. For as long as he can remember Ziel had been in a lab. The scientists there found the nearly dead infant in the Canadian wilderness and took him back to the labs as a guinea pig seeing as experimentation on non-humans was not illegal. The child grew in the custody of his captors, only knowing the white walls or steel bars of his cages as home. Eventually the tests done to the boy went from enhancements to warfare. The scientists decided that he would be the perfect candidate for a biological weapon. No enemy would expect a child of such small stature and obvious physical weakness to pack the punch they were imagining. So through various drugs, radioactive treatments, surgeries and field testing they enhanced the boy into the weapon of their dreams. Over time however, Ziel began to hate his captors. This was to be expected. His days were filled with pain, more so if he didn't perform perfectly. The mutations to him left him unable to breathe oxygen without growing ill, resulting in a special ventilator that he needed to wear most of the time. This hate soon became rage and that gave way to large displays of power resulting in many deaths. As prevention the scientists developed a special drug to be administered once a weak, clearing the child's mind of anything that happened to him. Leaving an innocent and confused boy in a cage. Ryziel of course wasn't the only project in the labs. A large egg of black and purple sheen was something he often saw. It was the size of an entire room. A room that oddly enough the scientist would leave him in for hours. One day the egg cracked. However instead of it hatching the shell gave way to another shell. Taking a piece of the cracked egg shell Ryziel felt the need to keep it with him.

Eventually the scientists were bound to screw up as most humans do. A mixture of chemicals set off a chain reaction causing a large explosion. The blast so powerful in knocked out an entire wing...the Ziel happened to be contained in. Instinct took over, grabbing his records and a few canisters of radioactive waste he ran as fast as he could. Through the wilderness and eventually stowing away in a plane’s cargo bay. The plane landed in millennium city some time later. Starved, tired, scared and lost he wandered around west side. Eventually taking refuge in the sewers to escape the rain and cold being as he only had a few rage to wear and a mask, which he needed to breathe comfortably.   Unfortunately sleep wasn't destined for Ziel as he spotted members of the purple gang in the foul much and fled them out of fear, dropping his bag of records. Eventually he reached a part of the sewers that was unoccupied and stashed away the waste containers.

From there he spent a few weeks in the sewer. Eating what he found and drinking the waste he had stowed away. One day Ziel decided to explore the surface and spotted a curious creature with a long tail and horns whom he came to know as Aldwar. Aldwar was the first friendly person Ziel net showing him where to get fruit to eat before he was called away. Through many meetings Ziel eventually met a curious man by the name of Cyrus, his "sister" Rosa, the demoness Inferna, and Jack De ‘Ikamel whom he came to know as uncle.

Unfortunately he met some not too friendly people. One of them being a demon by the name of Ebonfiend who offered the boy money for demonic artifacts.

Currently Ryziel is a trainee in the Maelstrom. Under the tutelage of The Tsarina Morazov and the Guardianship of both Remedy and his newly revealed brother Daru he's seeking to learn who and what he is. Every day he trains to get stronger and every night he dreams of the past he can't remember. And deep inside of the boy is the monster, the weapon that the humans had created that's slowly breaking the walls keeping it contained.

Powers and Attributes: Ryziel is a mystery, even to himself. The most basic things would be his beatial traits. He possesses claws on both his hands and feet which are his first line of defense in a bad situation. Being Targuai gives him the ability to drain a beings essence and life away with them. Ziel also has a sharp set of silver teeth and abnormally long fangs under the special ventilator mask he wears.

Ryziel has an affinity to the darkness but most of his powers revolve around his ability to control smoke and ash. When able to concentrate he can form what he calls Ashbolts. Projectiles that start as ash surrounded in Shadowfire that deal damage to an enemy on contact before exploding into airborne ash, designed to enter an enemy’s lungs and tear them to shreds.

Shadow fire and stealthing into a shadow has become tools in the little Targuai’s arsenal. However there is more potential in his little body.

Personality: Ryziel acts and thinks like most children do. Ever curious he will opt to explore most places a sane person will stay away from and attach to most people sane people know to flee from. Polite, he will refer to most people as “Miss” or “Mister” and tends to ask a lot of questions. Due to his amnesia Ziel doesn’t know a lot of things most people do or should, which has a hand in his curiosity induced troublemaking. Most of the time resulting in his Guardian Remedy gaining stress induced headaches. Ziel also does not have a wide range of emotions or ways to display them. His mood can be best deciphered by his tail and its pattern of waving. Other than that you can tell if he’s thinking or curious when he scratches at his mask.
