The Dark Dawn (Updated 10/7/14)

Tsarina Morazov came to man's world to find a way to protect her city and the Morai species. However, there was a second motive. In 1948, at the end of World War II, the Tsarina was helping to locate and free prisoners from the concentration camps. In the mass confusion of the camps, the Morai queen, then princess, was kidnapped by humans for her blood. The Tsar had already lost his other children and was not going to lose another. The rescue was a success, the lady freed, but the King of Kharnis and of the Morai had vanished. For ten years, the Morai searched the globe and even ventured into other realms in an attempt to find him. On the tenth year, Lady Morazov finished her education and perfected the art of shadow. Deciding to let the young royal have a chance, they crowded her Tsarina. She began caring for the city's safety and so forth but never forgave herself for her father's disappearance.

When she began to form the organization, The Maelstrom, she was approached by UNTIL. They were unhappy with the mass chaos. They wanted to form an alliance of sorts. The Tsarina and the Maelstrom would handle the dirty work for UNTIL. In return, her demands surprised them. She demanded they learn what had happened to her father. The terms were agreed.

Recently, the Tsarina and several Maelstrom members were in UNITY as they had people to talk to in order to gain what they wanted. By now Maelstrom had become experts at creating illusions. It has always been suspected that Maelstrom was not fighting crime, they were starting it. But there was never evidence to prove anything. While speaking to UNITY liaisons, an alarm went off. Stronghold prison had another mass jail break, a chaotic mess, but UNTIL was already dealing with several other pressing matters. Their ranks were pulled to thin. If they sent men in that prison to stop things, they would need a large number of them. Otherwise, it would be suicidal to enter the prison. Seeing an opportunity to later having a favor from UNTIL, Tsarina was willing to take a team and stop the prison riot. This was accepted by UNTIL and Maelstrom went to deal with the issue. It did not take long before things were back under some form of control. However, UNTIL had forgotten a crucial detail.

Entombed within the Hot Sleep pods was the former Tsar, her father. He was quickly released, but he had been dead for a few months. He was perfectly preserved though. He had almost no blood, no venom, and many scars from various experiments. Maelstrom hacked the systems and found the research notes on her father. He was not human and so was treated like an animal. UNTIL had not been why he vanished in the first place, but they had him for over forty years. Which meant that they had known where he was all this time, even though there was an agreement between UNTIL and Tsarina Morazov.

Up till now, the Tsarina had tolerated humans and UNTIL. But now the humans had shown that trusting them would never be an option. She had been making it so Maelstrom was seen as merely dark heroes. But the illusion has ended. Humans have been foolish and forever trying to obliterate themselves as well as other species. On a personal note, they had hunted the Morai for centuries. But shortly before the Stronghold incident, her people had left the realm entirely. The Maelstrom's current goal? Spread their influence. Create an underworld empire and then play the game better then UNTIL, UNITY, or any other heroic idiot ever could. Manipulate and create utter chaos while gaining power, wealth, and whatever else they desire.

Below you will find what organizations have been dealt with, how they were dealt with, and if they are friend or foe. Instead of merely saying we have an underworld connection setup, I have decided to rp it as a group. Not every organization is going to be a friend. Tsarina will request a Maelstrom member to then make sure that their assigned organization stays where Maelstrom wants them. Details can be found on the friend and foe boards from the home page. If you are interested in being a liaison, speak to me OOC. Not all characters are able to be a Liaison as IC it is going to be the beings that the Tsarina knows can handle this without starting World War III.
