Woop, using the same template as last time. here we go~

Name: Aeon Akardos (in some instances, the word 'Akardos' translates to 'heartless')
Age: acts as a man in his mid twenties however he is far older; only having been concious through 90 years however.
Race: Halfblood Astenai, his mother was ketnian*

Appearance:
Aeon @dudethisisn'tfair Dsc_0110
Hair:White and somewhat messy though the tips of which are colored red as if they had been dipped in paint, or blood
Eyes:Aeon's eyes hold a distinctive red glow about them, varying from the 'normal' appearance to where the pupils would narrow to slits. In normal lighting, the pupil would seem just a bit more narrow than that of the usual human
Other:Aeon's wings share a trait with his hair, that being some of his feathers appearing to be dipped in blood in turn, however it is just the coloring that make them so.
His ears are also what set him apart from a human or elf, they tapering to a point much like those in the usual elven species, however they are a lot shorter and thicker. they also point out rather than up or back.
He also has a very faint scent of blood about him

Alignment: Neutral
Ability: Aeon has the ability to manipulate energies. that being said he can store a large charge within himself and let it all out as a concentrated blast or beam.
He is also able to absorb oncoming energies depending on the type and use them to his advantage, if the charge is too big for him to absorb, he may rather choose to deflect or avoid if possible.
his control does not span across all types of energies.
Due to his astenian heritage, Aeon can pull the life essance from a person, however he would need to dig his fingers in to said person's chest to do so.
preferred weapon: his swords seen in the picture above. He makes use of either depending on the situation
Rank: Former soldier of the ketnian empire
Family: mother: Aruror Alseda (deceased) Seselis Akardos (unknown location, presumed deceased.)

personality:
Aeon is somewhat 'chilled' in most instances and it can be hard to get him truly angry, however once he has gone over that point there is no turning back until there is nothing living and/or standing within range of sight.

This sleeping berzerkerish rage is a trait given to him from his father. Astenians are known for their ruthlessness, love for chaos, inflicting suffering and more. While Aeon doesn't feel the need to torture every second passerby there is that possibility of losing himself in rage or battle.
When in this state, it is ill advised to attempt to calm him down or to talk him out of it. He is not your ally then, he will not know you, and he will not hesitate to strike you.

Despite this 'flaw' as some would call it, Aeon has his own redeeming qualities. In most instances he keeps a level head, keeping an aware eye on any developing situation, assessing it before reacting as need be. Once a goal is created he will stick to that path and not deviate from it unless absolutely needed, the current goal being to serve Ziel, but more on that later.

As a side note, Aeon can get somewhat frustrated when people instantly mistrust him due to his scent or heritage. It can be believed that he somewhat resents his father due to the label of being untrustworthy being set upon him due to the race.
He has little to no knowladge of Ethera, the homeworld of the Astenai and again can get somewhat aggitated if placed in the same bracket as them, or if it is quickly assumed that that is his birthplace.

History:

Aeon was born on the world Ketnis, a planet quite similar to that of earth though somewhat smaller and with less water. The climate there is hotter overall though gains a fine cool mist in the evenings.

Ketnis is more technologically advanced than earth, however they still retain their ability to comprehend and utalise magic, resulting in an interesting mix.

The story begins when Aeon's father was summoned to the world and the realm; in the now forgotten past of Ethera, it was known that the lesser Astenai could be summoned and bound to the will of their summoner, however this often resulted in the summoner's death, as the Astenian would destroy them before being bound. The summonings could happen across realms as well as worlds, this resulting in the name 'Astenai' to be known in quite a few cultures.

In this instance, a mage on Ketnis came across the summoning ritual to call upon an Astenai. Having much use for such a servant he attempted the summoning, as we could easily have guessed it was successful, the mage striking a deal with the summoned Astenian, who accepted. Seselis Akardos, or known as the Heartless Shadow, served the Alseda family for a few years, during the time of his contract he and the summoner's daughter took a keen eye to one another, resulting in Aeon.
Seselis was unsummoned on the eve that he and Aruror were caught in the act so to speak, giving rise to the fatherless child.

Due to the circumstances, Aeon wasn't perticularly liked by his grandfather, however this diddn't last long as the man was old and died long before he could make a big enough impact on Aeon's life.

Now, Ketnian lifespans are shorter to those of humans, averaging about sixtey years, while Astenian lifespans are far different, and far longer.
Aeon learned this quickly as his peers aged faster than he did, he eventually losing his mother at age twenty. Having lost his mother to a new virus that had taken the nation off guard. It was cured quickly, but not quick enough for Aruror to be saved.

From there, Aeon enlisted in the Ketnian military, finding his skills better put to use there than most other places.
Was only after a few years that a civil war broke out between the ketnian people. What initially sparked it was quickly lost in the resulting bloodbath. Aeon fought on the side of the ketnian government, making short work of the enemy.
The Ketnians soon named him their personal hound, sending him to the problematic areas to clear the playing field, his name becoming one feared and likewise praised upon the planet. The war stopped after three years of conflict, leading to an era of peace for a generous ammount of time.

The problem started upon the second war. Thinking to nip the issue in the bud before it had the chance to grow out of control, they decided to send Aeon, thinking the weight behind the name would be enough to somewhat intimidate the enemy.
However conditions were far from favorable. The government had severely underestimated the resistance that had gathered in the area, the men they sent along with Aeon were quickly being picked off. It was during that fight that something snapped.

The observers of both sides watched on in horror as Aeon changed, his eyes became dull as a blackness crept over his skin, eventually he was hardly recogniseable. What happned next was a massacre, a massive explosion of energy left a giant scarlike crater upon the ground, those that managed to survive the explosion were then picked off and annihalated by the creature there. By the time it was all over, not a single body that had been left was recogniseable. Whatever had came over Aeon caused him to quite literally remove the faces and defining parts of each person who's body hadnt turned to dust from energy blasts.
He only managing to calm down once everything in the area had been destroyed.

It was then decided that he was too much of a liability to keep around. Once he returned, the elders managed to capture him and set him in to a deep sleep, placing him within a special cell far beneath the city. Why they diddn't kill him outright it was unknown, one could only guess that they feared he would 'respawn' similar to how other Astenians were fabled to do.

Aeon slept in his cell for what would seem an eternity, only waking when a massive blast above shook apart the walls of his cell, breaking the bonds and negating the spell.
Upon his escape he saw a city that hardly looked like the one he had managed to grow up in. Giant ships flew above the city, alien in design as they fired down upon them. Aeon diddn't wish to wait all too long so he decided to make his escape, managing to find and then commendeer a ship in the dock area. The technology now seemed out of his hands but he eventually managed to get it out of the way of danger, suffering damage to the ship, but not enough to make it unflyable.
--

Aeon spent years in space, simply exploring and searching for a new niche for himself to fit in to, taking odd jobs here and there without making too much of a name for himself, which was more to his liking.
He eventually came across earth after surviving a firefight with a group of pirate vessals. Deeming to gather the materials to repair his ship on the planet he stopped there, however in the fight his systems had been damaged. When he attempted to port down to one of the earthen cities, he found himself in a cave in canada where a beast decided to make a snack of Aeon.
The huge creature managed to strike the weaponless Aeon, gouging large life-threttening scratches in to his body.

Once he believed the beast dead he collapsed upon a far wall, thinking of taking the creature's remaining energy and use it to heal himself, though he found it hard to move.
It was in that instance that a curious boy made his way in to the cave, eventually coming across Aeon and the monster. The presumed dead beast attempted to lunge at him, furious.
However Aeon used the last of his energy to blast at the creature's head, faultering after.
The blast caught the attention of the curious child and he wandered over to Aeon, oddly not showing any fear of the situation. It was then Aeon asked him for assistance, taking the child's offered hand he took a good deal of the boy's energy to save himself.

Another chapter in the forgotten Astenian lore, is that when an Astenian's life is saved by another, that life belongs to their savior.
From then on, Aeon became indebted to Ziel, vowing to serve the boy till he was no longer needed, or wanted.
